My sim's first gig and she had Partihaus as a client.


I don't know where Marcus was. It made me nervous to not have his input
Most of my useful information came from EVA. The only style inputs I got was they didn't like Boho and Patio.


They need our help.


Eva said she liked orange, but on further questioning, I found out she also liked pink.


So pink and orange it is.

Well, I started off by giving my sim in Britchester a grand new house where she can have room mates, sort of like a uni dorm but less chaotic. This is what it looks like. Motherlode was used because she's a very poor student.

And because this was going to be a sort of student house, I gave them not one but two living rooms so they have plenty of space to lounge around in.

The new kitchen seats six sims, but there are only four bedrooms. I gave them separate cooktop and oven because there are many people in the house. Don't know if it's a bug, but the sim left the newly cooked platter of food on the cooktop. Don't think that's supposed to happen as they don't leave food on the regular stoves.

I like the new shelves a lot, but I find them fussy to use. They don't snap easily to one another and if you want to delete them it's a pain as the whole group gets deleted unless you first break up the grouping. Also, the set-up like in below picture the shelves in the background near the windows can only be done with alt key, for some reason they don't snap together. They also only snap together from the sides, but not all the time, and if you add stuff on top of them, but not below them. They also go down with the walls, including the TV shelf which is supposed to be placed on the ground, so you cannot see them if they are placed in a small room or the view angle is not right. I tried to do a small 3x3 walk in closet for my sim and it was impossible to see the contents of the room in live mode. Also, the set of shelves with square corners does not have the tall single units like the other set with rounded corners.

Gig #3: The Bheeda's
They liked Mid-Century, Island, Brown and Green, and Guitar.


The solution turned out better for them than I thought.
This was a whole level design, but I only had enough budget for the the Living room. I only changed the wall and floor in the bathroom and left the bedroom alone. If they come back as return customers, I will take care of the rest if I can.


One look at their clothes when they returned and I knew this was perfect for them.


I guess it's a psychological thing when somesome is extremely pleased with your hard work,
this had me grinning.


They were so happy.


I will record video and live stream from gigs as often as I can.
You can make extra money from daily views online.


Monique needs all the money she can get her hands on if she wants to buy the retail property in Magnolia Promenade.

Gig: Kealoha, white was their favorite color. It was mostly the kitchen but I changed some of the living room too. I think it turned out great.

Gig: Vladislaus Straud IV, Vlad is living together with some other vampires in his castle and he wanted a bedroom renovation. Their favorite color was purple. They already had a very purple bedroom but I changed it so it looked a bit better. Vlad was kinda difficult as a client, he just flew away as a bat all the time.

Gig: Greenburg, their favorite color was green (obviously). I did not want to make everything green so I made mostly the kitchen green, not a very large room to work with but I managed to upgrade their kitchen and also put a bunk bed in there (you can kinda see a small part of it to the right) so Knox could sleep there when he wanted.

And she was very much not interested, but hey fake bein' nice a little if the client is happy. Finally gave he some ideas and she got to work after she sent him away. Though, with such a low budget she had to work with it.

All in all a successful job~ Enough to put her to sleep on the new couch she bought with his money and later eat his food he cooked and left after that.
