I'm starting to think that that thing on the counter is the oven. The kitchen range is on top of regular counter so it needs a separate oven.

It’s a countertop convection oven, I have one. It’s similar to a toaster oven, but a bit larger allowing you to cook more things, or avoid heating up your large oven when it’s hot outside. We have used ours for pizza, as well as a whole chicken.

I literally said that the pack looked cute and I plan to get it once it goes on sale because I feel like it's not worth 20 to me. I also pointed out that I loved the sectionals and was interested to see how the favorites system worked.

If that is derailing to you then I will kindly leave this thread, as clearly I'm not welcome.

I'm actually surprised that after all these years this seems to be the first time there's been something where gameplay and build mode were integrated together - at least that I know of.

The idea for this pack has me very excited. I do hope it lives up to what I hope for it - knowing that what I hope for is also not yet fully shaped.

Seeing a LOT of build mode items would be great. More of that, less of CAS - even though I love CAS items.

I would love to see a new map, but I can't think of a logical reason why they would add one yet.

Seeing what looks like a super active career is very nice. I wish all the careers were at least as active as the ones from the Careers EP - with the option to follow your sim or not. This one looks like it might require following your sim, which would make sense given the nature of it. I'd be just fine with that.

Looks like it will integrate in with the fame system too. It better. ;)

I'm really excited about this pack. I think I may enjoy this as much as I've enjoyed Parenthood...at least, I hope. I can't wait for this! I assume the likes/dislikes will be in the patch before release?

I've watched the trailer like 5 times now - and oh my gawd, I'm so thrilled about all the new kitchen stuff! There's actually nice cooking plates!
I look forward to see how the likes/dislikes etc. might have something to do with the new personality slot. I hope-hope-hope that it will contain a larger system of different favorites and likes/dislikes (I might be dreaming a little too much, but I'm excited)!

@deadncrispy - it's just a person who isn't really happy about the pack (which is completely fair), but unfortunately shares negativity in this thread of positivity. He/she has as well made a thread about how this pack shouldn't be a game pack.

It was a joke, hence the laughing emoji. Not a backhanded slight. Simgirl is a very nice simmer and I wouldn't try to derail her thread like that, as a matter of fact, I've even linked a couple people here who said they were tired of seeing negativity everywhere on twitter.

If Simgirl got the impression that I was trying to derail her thread then I apologize, but that was absolutely NOT my intention, which is why I added emoji's so that it would be clear it was a joke in good fun.

Again, totally not my intention, and admittedly I'm having a rough day with some IRL issues that may have come across in my toning and wording

I think most packs are pretty well liked by a decent amount of the fanbase. The only packs off the top of my head that got a lot of dislikes were my first pets stuff, eco living and journey to batuu. JTB and My first pet stuff for obvious reasons, but in Eco Living's defense, it was because there was a fake farming leak and everyone was mad it wasn't farming, totally not the sims team fault.

Eco living turned out to be one of the meatiest expansion packs, even though I absolutely despise the Neighborhood action plans, I end up using the rest of the pack a lot.
