It's now March 2019 and I'm still never seeing pizza delivered.. ever. Whether in an apartment or a house or a penthouse, no matter what neighborhood, what saved game, whether I have mods installed or not. I order pizza, I get the message that it's on the way.... and the delivery person NEVER shows up.
