I have been thinking about a certain magic-themed game that has recently been released, and trying to supress my interest in it. I'm feeling a little jaded by most of my current saves at the moment, but I'm not in the mood for my non-Sims games either. Then a new idea hit me this morning, I am going to create a new spellcaster household of 8 sims, and build them a home that is also a magic arena. I will give them a butler to look after the house, train them up a bit, make them a club with "Cast Spells" as the main activity, and unleash them upon one another. I can keep the game open whilst working on my writing, and just check in on them every so often.
@Mariefoxprice83 sounds like an interesting idea; good luck with both your idea & your writing. Also, that magical game *does* look interesting from the ads I've seen.
I have built the arena housing and the combatants have begun their magical studies. I'm aiming to let them start their battle royale next time I play. Below is the arena lot, and the combatants are in a spoiler tag.
Upon reflection I might change the lot so that the arena is separate to the living quarters, because I forgot to do that earlier.
