I have to agree with OP. Also I had a really interesting incident with routing, this happened twice. My Sim was in the kitchen, I wanted him to go level up something on the computer which is on the other side of the open floor-plan. So when I clicked, he literally walked a straight line from where he was, to the computer. No big deal, right, except there was furniture in the path but he walked right through the corners of the furniture and completely through the card game table.
I've also had it where they sit at a computer that's on a island counter against the wall, when they get up from it, they walk through the counter, end up on the outside of the house for a moment, and walk back through the wall to stand behind the chair they got up from. So what they did is circle around the island counter, and walls meant nothing.
Meanwhile my other Sim decides to go all the way into the basement to prep her family's meal when the kitchen had several vacant counters with nothing on them. She'll go downstairs or to the counter in the bathroom to make meals. I don't understand this, what makes them ignore what's immediately available to them nearby, and go out of their way to use something that's much farther. It can't be a space issue because there's a lot of space for them in the kitchen. I just don't know. I think if it was an option, she would have gone to her neighbor's house and prepped the food there.
P.S. What is it with display pictures having jail doors? Does that mean someone's restricted or something? Sorry unfamiliar with it.
The jailing is part of the warning process - between getting a certain number of warnings from the moderators, and getting banned if they don't correct their behavior or what ever they were doing to get a warning. The info on that, I believe, can be found under the thread about the banning process.
Thanks so much for explaining. :)
I also think you're right that it does have to do with the leadership. Only because I hear all kinds of stories from a friend of mine that works for RIOT, and how the process goes about. In the end the lead says yay or nay and the team usually has to follow suit on the direction they're told to go. Unless I'm misunderstanding something. It's way past my bedtime, almost 3am.....
