My theory, (and I'm really trying not to be too hopeful and excited,) is Magic/Druids/Witches. Grant is the designer of some tabletop games and the predominant overall theme of most of them is magic. There's even one game called Druids. (Remember the in-game reference to druids on a decorative wreath?) If he was interested enough to design these games, I think he'd be interested in the same theme for Sims 4.
One of the games is also a farm theme, so there may be a small chance of it being that as well.
