I phoned EA and asked them to sign me up for surveys so I could get my feedback across. He told me yes then just sent me a link to the feedback thread instead. I wasn't impressed. It's no good just sending surveys to those who are actively playing right now. They must know that droves of fans have taken breaks from sims4 given the tracking of play on origin. Why don't they send surveys to people who have it on origin who haven't played much too? Surely that would give you really illuminating feedback?
