If that's the case there's absolutely nothing stopping them popping in this thread and assuring everyone they are being heard. They *used* to do that-the EA/Maxis silence shows that quite clearly.
They used to do that, but then every time a Guru commented on a thread, their comment would get attacked.
And even Gurus can get of answering the same questions a thousands times.
Another thing that could be stopping them is that they're busy working. I don't think any of them are getting paid to just sit & watch the forums all day.
I'm not suggesting that, and I'd be the first person to report anyone 'attacking' anyone. They've had this thread linked in the feedback section so it's not missed. But I'd say a thread with this many responses would be worth taking a couple of minutes to come along and just say they are listening to placate the people who are obviously feeling ignored and looked down upon.
