But purely from a customer service standpoint I think this is important and needs to be addressed before they lose a whole section of their fan base because they feel continually sidelined.
1. It's been addressed, probably 100s of times.
2. They aren't going to loose an entire section of the fan base, several Family players have come out as being perfectly happy with the Family Play in Sims4.
Sorry, but you lost me with #2. Babies magically bouncing out of cribs is not the toddlers we have had for 10 years, and with that second comment, whether you realize it or not, you just dismissed our primary concern.
