I did read somewhere why the prices are higher elsewhere, but I can't remember what it was lol.
So, for instance, in the UK the kit price is £4.99 whereas it should be closer to £3.50 if you just use the exchange rate. But there is some reason why it's higher, maybe someone can remind me lol.
As for in-game representation, I don't really expect it in an American game but am always quite thrilled if we do get some.
Britechester reminds me so much of parts of Bristol where my youngest attends uni, I was pretty chuffed seeing that.
