Note it hasn't been confirmed yet but normally it comes the day after a patch. I can't imagine them holding this off till Thursday 1 day from Release. My guess is the embargo for early access ends ...

They're getting their early access codes for the full pack (or got them today) so there's going to be new content, all packs included unlike Sims Camp when it was just base game & uni.
