Thanks for the replies. I was having problems with the Gallery when I posted my comments. I just wish EA cared about it more.
I myself, don't mind people saving their builds on it whatever they are. I am not after download numbers as I don't advertise mine with Facebook or Twitter or here and now don't even bother to put the hashtags in. I find it is the quickest way of transferring houses between the two laptops I play Sims 4 on at present. I've got two different saves.
I have all the packs and stick in items from all regardless and if anyone likes them they are welcome to do whatever they like. Like @pepperjax1230 I like to redo houses with new stuff.
I have noticed that if my build is popular the most downloads I get is about 15 before the lot disappears from site anyway! It also depends on time of day.
