My sim Nero was outside planning on upgrading his solar panels but realized he didn't have enough eco upgrade parts. So I went down one level to his basement to have him teleport to his workshop to make more. Saw this before I moved the camera to the workshop room:

What you're seeing is how broken wind turbines look underground. Thought it was cool :).
