Eco lifestyle : build with eco friendly materials

It takes a lot to make a neighbourhood get an industrial footprint though, so a couple of walls and floors here and there I do not think matters. I have turned one neighbourhood industrial, Spice Market in San Myshuno, and it took a renovation of all apartments with everything industrial, as well as fire places and generators etc, to turn it.

I like the idea, I just wish some of the wall and floor coverings were labeled different.
