Eco lifestyle : build with eco friendly materials

I really wish there were filters available to easily see the industrial or eco materials, and I agree more materials should be given eco functionality. But ya like Auroraskies said you will need to renovate all the lots in any neighbourhood to match the footprint you want, as well as play a couple of sim days on that lot to see any meaningful changes.
