Eco Lifestyle: Are You Buying? Final Purchasing Poll

Yep, I'm definitely getting this! Even if it's still expensive, it looks absolutely worth it and I'm quite excited for it.

I've voted yes i'll get it. Now it's official. I've pre ordered! Done!

I'll buy it on a no less than a 50% sale. I'm really not interested in this pack's main gameplay. And I never voted for this as a stuff pack theme. I have participated in eco-friendly activism and behaviors since my early teens, but I'm turned off by the extremity of some of these sims activities and the subtle "preachy" nature if you don't engage in them, (People wearing bags around the neighborhood? :o :/ ) which I'm immediately disabling, because I plan on keeping some the worlds poluted and didn't appreciate them incorporating an "element of shame" by voting for people to wear a bag over their head if they live in a neighborhood that looks "ungentrified." I don't think they considered the fact that some people IRL really live in neighborhoods like that.

With that said, I like the apartments, candle making, fizzy drinks, B&B, and if course, the new world. I'm really over dealing with this theme in my game, since we've seen it in previous packs, and hope after they completed this expansion pack, that they've exhausted all their ideas and can finally move on from this. We have so many missing features that need to come into this game, and focusing on this, imho, was a waste of time.

After that livestream I am definitely buying. I was blown away but just how much little things are in this pack. I am all about crafting and such in my game so this is going to be awesome. I’m so excited!!? Also that toddler bed though, I screamed when I saw it. Lol

I need that world!

For me it went from absolutely not to definitely yes!

The pack is still not my cup of tea and I find it boring too me.

That Livestream has really notched things up.

I think the most important thing is now we can see why it's an Expansion Pack and not a Game Pack. I'm especially looking forward to conserving power in builds, but this might also be the pack that gets me into gardening.

As soon as the developers fix the acting career (not interested in mods) and when it goes on sale (not paying full price anymore at this point), I'm buying. But first I'd like to see some let's plays to check out the pollution system and if you can play this on the long term.
The pack looks good, I love how creative the developing team is.

I had hoped that we could pause the eco stage by world, so I am very happy to see you can actually pause the eco stage by neighborhood within each world. Fantastic! This will definitely work for me and the impending doom coming to Oasis Springs (now, who will the "lucky" sims be?).

Thanks to the devs for making sure we as simmers and storytellers have the option to partake of this pack's gameplay in our own ways.
