Eco Lifestyle Bills
Sul Sul! Does anyone know where I can find the info on how the EL bills work? I know I've read it somewhere, but I can't find it.

I find the bills quite complicated, not impressed with the in-game break down. But - it gets a bit more logical after playing through a few generations or so. Still have no clue how say a windmill or dew collector actually affects the bills, and all numbers are so small that it actually doesn't matter. I don't care a lot whether my sim is charged §302 or §322.
