Sul Sul! Does anyone know where I can find the info on how the EL bills work? I know I've read it somewhere, but I can't find it.

Yeah... I am not happy about all my sims getting a bill of 300 simoleons no matter if they have an mansion or a tent on the lot. That might be an exaggeration but I get pretty much the same bill no matter what. Hope they will fix that soon.
