Steam has Eco Lifestyle on sale now for 50% off. After taking advantage of the recent free trial, I decided to buy the pack. Last night, I opened all my current 15 saves and turned off NAPs, then made separate saves for each. And in most of them, I also turned off the effects option--at least until I get a good handle on managing things. I have 3 or 4 worlds now where I can experiment with full Eco gameplay. I'm crossing my fingers that things will go ok. :D Looking forward to working with the Eco household I started with the free trial too. :)
