I like to use Clean Energy Production one in combination with off the grid lot trait, I think it adds nice challenge in creating and live on a self-sustainable lot. On such lots I don't use the appliances that function off the grid. This one is my favorite.
The water and power conservation can add some challenge under some circumstances. The ones that can increase bill too, if you play in a way that doesn't accumulate wealth fast.
The rest (aside from eco living world specific) I don't use that often. The ones that influence skills are nice in some cases, even if for just role playing purposes. I wish the fitness one would do something else than sims randomly doing pushups, that got annoying pretty fast. The sharing is caring one got a big X from me, doesn't suit my game playing style at all. I'm too scared to try Foodies Unite, don't want sims start cooking maniacally non-stop.
