The dumpster diving was all that sims were doing on the default part even though I had 4 bathrooms, a gym, 3 dumpsters, a kitchen and tv area, a computer area, and chest games with table games area.
So then I changed the default area to 3 bathrooms, a bedroom with one bunk bed and crib, 3 dumpsters, 2 recyclers, a gym, a kitchen with a tv area, computers and chest games in one room, and in the last room; I have a frizzier, potion cauldron, candle maker, wood working table, and the thing used to make rugs and furniture in eco living.
The sims now use all the rooms even the kitchen which they would never go in before. The other lots have the requirements but now the default works so well I don't want to vote to change it, lol. They still dumpster dive and woohoo in the trash containers but instead of diving for food they now use the kitchen. Still no infants or toddlers show up, though.
