Eddie Meyers? (random sim)

Who is this sim? And is anyone else randomly having him join a household? Typically its the Caliente household and he seems to get married to Katrina. I think this is the second time (playthough) that I've done and seen him appear in that house! Also I've tried to google him but he doesn't show up however his family name has been in previous Sim's games! I do have MC command but I think I do have the option of random sims getting married turned off. This is similar to that Marcus Flex being married to Mila Munch thing!
