Editing the world
Well, there is a mod called "Tropical Getaway Modpack", which is available here "http://www.simfans.de/index.php?id=883". This implies that there is a way to edit the existing world such as Granite Falls, and somebody who is an actual modder knows how to do this. Now, I believe that it requires extensive coding and most simmers won't typically look onto this. But anybody knows how to open these ".world" files? What program typically used to investigate these? please let me know.
