You need to use these cheats on these sims:
traits.equip_trait trait_isGrimReaper
careers.add_career career_Adult_NPC_GrimReaperRemember, playing with the sim again will remove their role.
Template:
Sims generated for this role are always male.
They have 1 to 3 random base game skills on levels 2 or 3 (usually 2).
They always have this trait: trait_isGrimReaper. It seems like the other traits aren't given to them.
