I got a call like that asking about my sim to get engaged and I just clicked yes, not realizing it was going to do anything. Next thing I know, my sims engaged... I didn't like that.
More on topic, I was playing a family and once my sim child was an adult I had her move out and I followed her. A sim week later or so I had her elderly mother come over to visit and she was pregnant. It didn't ask me, I had no choice, she just showed up that way. I wasn't happy about that either. lol
