Eleanor Sullivan

From the very start of my new game, Eleanor Sullivan rings CONSTANTLY! I always say no thanks because I do not have children yet so why does she keep ringing? How do I get rid of her? Is there a block person option like there is in real life :D

Unfortunatley this is a bug that has started after the latest patch. I read that someone else cheated her into the family and then deleted her. Lol.
