Electrical box
Thoughts on putting an electrical box in each unit or do I need just one for the whole apartment complex? Does it matter? Do i get more gameplay as a landlord having more tenants complain about their electrical box? curious

- When you place it, where you place it matters.
If you place it in a shared area, it'll function for every unit, thus only one is needed.
If you place it in an unit, it'll function for that unit only, thus more is needed then.

@EgonVM the electrical box where my sim lives is on an outside wall; and yes, you do have an "electrical failure" event where you have to fix the box and all broken electronics.
