My sims live in city, in a building. All was good, till one day when I press them to go down and they can't, they waving and show me cloud that they can't go! Why??? what is broken? I restart game, I debug elevator, sims, etc. Nothing working, I can't take dog out ot themselves :(((

This is happening to me as well. And no, the door is not locked. I guess it is a bug. Pretty annoying one! :(

OMG!!! Worked! :) I don't know what happened! But I just start playing and try one more time to send her down by elevator and ta da! :)) probably someone stuck there? :) Or the advise of LiELF helped! Thank you so much!

I don't even have a LocalThumbCashe File!? My elevators have been broken for a while and I'm OVER it! I love apartments, they're my favourite to live in and I can't even use them because of the Elevators.

ok but I was trying to bring my sim infront of elevator, he went but when I click to go down - he can't like something stop him, but I didn't change the hallway - it's not possible in city life. So I really don't know what bothers him. What object was bother your sim?

You never answered if you use mods. Do you? Try again with no mods installed. Temporarily disable them.

I just tried to play with another apartment(with another sim) - it's same, they can't go too by elevator :(

I traveled to another building, they can use there! But when back to mine - not! I delete all mods, CC, even in build mode I delete all rooms completely to clean the apartment - still not working. Something blocking them to go. Like something on their way, but it's empty! :((
