Also, I would reccomend NOT to move near the Pancakes, because they were trouble when they walked in (for the Welcome wagon). First, Bob kicked over my trash can, then they would go inside my house and act like there is no problem! They would also talk to my kids and touch them and stuff, and like, lady, i JUST met you. Get the hell away from my kids! In my game, Eliza isn't to bad, but Bob tends to be mad for no apparent reason, and he'd take it out on my property, and children. Horrendous family.
