From older generations there's the queen bee challenge: Move in a guy, have 6 kids then move him plus kids out, repeat, keep going until either your sim is to old to reproduce or there are no more unrelated houses in either world.
From s3 there's the 100 baby challenge, don't know if anyone's tested it with s4.
