By this map, it would offer many things for the vacationer, with a dive school/gym, pool bars, kids recreation area, etc.

Villas would be priced accordingly with the ones over the water being more expensive than on the main beach. I know they wouldn't be able to have as many as that, but a couple of lots for each is fine.

It would add new collectibles, fish, and new skills could be diving, or rock climbing. It would add a new collection of seashells. Perhaps a dig will bring you an ancient tome that you must solve the riddle of to find a hidden area to explore.

New moods would be blissful or tranquil. New trait would be water lover.

Any other ideas you think would go with it?

pool waterfalls for the pools
sun loungers
outdoor umbrellas
floating chairs and animals for the kids.

Looking at the above pictures really makes me wish that they will introduce roof swatches in a future update. I would be happy with anything like a choice between white, black, grey and brown. But that's me nit picking, it's not a top priority by any means
