I saw some people claiming they'd put Emotions dead last on the April 2020 survey. Why would anyone do this? Keep in mind that a lot of our gameplay/DLC features rely heavily on this system. EX: RO...

It is. They will become happy if all of their needs are high. If they ate a good meal or had a nice shower, for example. But if their home has little to no decor and some of their needs aren't in the high end, they revert to 'fine'. The issue may be that a lot of things affect our Sims positively ;)
