Employee not working / customers not buying baked goods

Hi everyone! I have 2 questions. 1. My employee at my retail business doesn't do anything. Anyone know how to fix this? 2. Customers aren't buying my baked goods in the display cases. What am I...

I didn't know you had to criticise them, I got fed up with an employee after one day so she got fired. Boss and employee now despise each other :D
