Employee not working / customers not buying baked goods

I'm currently running an art gallery. I have one employee that i'm trying to train up but I mainly have her set to restock or clean, but it does require alot of patience as I often find her wandering off or playing on her phone.

I'd also recommend starting off small. I was doing a rags to riches so her gallery started off tiny and I built it from there and that helped me to manage everything.

Bakery sounds fun though.. that might be my next challenge.
