Employee not working / customers not buying baked goods

I really hate my employees because they don't do anything other than standing :D and the costumers don't buy anything too they just keep on talking to someone else :/ ( I asked them to leave lol ) I wish we get the system of OFB. I really love how OFB handled the Bakery and coffee shop. <3
