according to this site https://simscommunity.info/2025/05/31/sims-4-enchanted-by-nature-confirmed/ the world is gonna be based on New-Zealand but we'll wait and see if that's true
the idea of it gives me more of like Europe vibe but more like ireland or Scotland countries for some reasons
the nature part in this link https://simscommunity.info/2025/05/31/sims-4-enchanted-by-nature-world/ is giving Henford-On-Bagley vibes, the magical part is giving Glimmerbrook vibe and the waterfront part maybe a bit like Granite Falls and Windenburg combined vibes? (just a thought on the latter part)
maybe the magical part of the world leads you to a secret world which is for fairies only? (without the rabbit-hole unless it's similair to the earlier worlds) or some kind of a portal like Glimmerbrook?
just my theory about the fairy based world innisgreen
I agree the name Innisgreen gives Scotland and Ireland vibes. And the pictured landscape gives me more Ireland than New Zealand, but hey ho, it could be a mix of the two where New Zealand is the living hood and Ireland/Scotland is the fairy hood reached via a portal. Sims worlds are often a mash up of several rl places.

you're probably right about this
it could indeed be a mix of the 3 or 2 countries, we have 3 neighbourhoods with this world so who knows
