I like the little stop motion-esque look here. 

Kind of ehh on another 3 neighborhood world, where each neighborhood will have like 3-5 lots and feel too small. The grove sounds nice, but if Sims 4 insists on having tiny worlds that are mostly set dressing, I'd have cut it out and added more to the other two neighborhoods to flesh them out.
