Shame that small fairy form can't be permanent X / I guess no proper Tinkerbelle XD
She's too magical for this version of the game.
I think they can be small for as long as you want them to be, however if you need them to use the bed or cook, then they will be the right size to use the furniture, and it will be proportionate to their size, so even if they were small, the furniture would look the same. Inside a house at least, you couldn't tell if they were big or small.
