My sim randomly got the Creative Impulse ailment. I used cheats to remove it, but the paint stayed on his skin no matter what I did.
I don't care if we're getting a tuning patch now. Ailments have been nothing but a nuisance. I was interested at first when they seemed like a challenge. But they're just inconvenient and annoying at best. I'm going to get a mod to disable this feature entirely.
EDIT: My sims had a wedding, and a guest had an ailment that made a bunch of gnomes spawn. Would be pretty funny if I wasn't already super annoyed with ailments. It ruined a bunch of photo opportunities
