Apparently it's a bug. The premades are fairies in new saves, but not in existing saves. Very annoying if you want to stick to your existing save

Enchanted By Nature Fairy Failure!  I've tried everything. Checking my mods, restarting the app, making new games, clearing cache files, repairing the sims4 games, checking my computer settings, but STILL my Fairy sims do not show their wings! They don't show their fairy forms, I can't edit their fairy forms in CAS because they just automatically revert back to human. Even if I create a fairy in the beginning they do not have their wings or fairy form in the game. Their fairy skill tree is also non-existent so I can't use any skill points. Even the game's most recent update has done nothing to help. I've wasted my money on a glitchy buggy game pack that is no fun at all. This is a manufacturer problem, not something I can fix. 

The Naturopath career feels badly implemented. 

1. The work from home task is simply one little task, for me it's always been "forage for alchemy ingredients." I have no idea if there's other tasks but that's all I get.
2. The treat ailments from home part, should have come with a chair or examination table or something for patients to go to. As it is, patients come over to your house and then run all over your house while you have to chase them down to ask them the needed questions. 
3.  See patients from home doesn't let you visually identify the ailment and immediately treat it. Instead, you have to go through a whole spiel and if you do treat it as soon as it allows, without doing every single other task on the list, it says you've done a bad job. (When gnome lure patient or fire passion patient comes over to your house, you're going to want to treat that as soon as they walk through the door.) 
4. Doesn't automatically give you the day off for holidays like every other career and instead you have to take a personal day if you want the day off.
5. Only has 5 named promotion levels but to complete the aspiration you have to get the career to level 10. 

All in all, it should have been more like the Veterinarian career. Patients with ailments come over to your home or off the lot business and you treat them.  Why they divided it into three separate "jobs", 2 of which are boring and unnecessary is beyond me. 

Working from home I get 3 different tasks (but I do have a household of 5)

• Restore Needs of 3 Sims (via Social and I get this one the most)
• Forage for Alchemy Ingredients 3 times
• Design a Balance Program via computer (which I skip because I don't have computers/tv for my game canon)
• Study Holistic Care via Computer(which I skip because I don't have computers/tv for my game canon)
• Educate Sims about Balance (x1)

I wish there was more to do too. I haven't tried treating patience from home yet. But running after them then a questionnaire for each sounds too tedious, even if it wasn't a chair and just them going to the room with the Apothecary Table would be helpful X /

I am only on level 4 of the career so I haven't seen past that.

edit: grrr 2 computer tasks for a non-computer gameplay... great now I might lose performance.

Do you still get that phone call one hour before work starts? I don‘t. So I don‘t know how to work from home or take a vacation day. 

I don't remember, I'll check next time I am in game which will be in about an hour-ish.

It is incredibly annoying to have daily tasks that require a computer for this natural living pack. I do not like having computers in fantasy plays as it ruins the immersion. I've seen two different ones, and they recently have been back to back, and now my performance is plummeting X /

Maxis probably thinks that cavesims used to have laptops in order to ask ChatGPT how to start a fire ...
