I promised myself I'd wait til January, after the holidays to buy it. Then my hubby asked how I was liking the new expansion as well...I broke down and went ahead and bought it. :blush: I haven't gotten to play much of it but my general thoughts at the moment: I like that it doesn't seem too aggressive (the sims 3 superstar was fairly aggressive about their fame system/celebrity system) Its early on yet and my sim's aren't actors, their a Chef and a Sports person, but it seems slim enough that it won't be too annoying later on when the new wears off. I don't see instant press hounds on my lawn at all hours of the day and night either, so for me, that's a plus. The new hair and clothing are cool, but I've yet to explore the whole of the new CAS stuff. I'm sure it's great.
