Entrepreneur Skill?

My Sim just shipped a painting on Plopsy. This caused her to unlock/gain the "Entrepreneur" skill.
Is this something new introduced with the patch or high school pack, an update somewhere?

    It came with the highschool pack it is the "side hustle" as they work on it, it can help make money.
