I think the only pack I kinda regret buying was cool kitchen. My sims get addicted to the ice cream machine and that's all they ever want to eat. So I usually never have the ice cream machine in my house. I don't know if I use the clothes or build and buy items a lot or not.
Edit: But I really don't regret it that much. It was only 10 dollars.
