Ethnicity, Sexuality, Religion, and maybe a Few Other Things

Motivated by a recent post on my storytelling thread here, I wonder how other Simmers approach race, sexuality, and religion in their gameplay. I wonder if Simmers make conscious decisions about ...

I don't care about the sexuality of sims who aren't straight. In my games they will be played as straight sims anyway because even though the existence of gay people and lesbians don't offend me in any way I still have no interest in the sexuality of such people. They are not part of my life at all.
