Both. I’m in the process of creating a premade free base save, well in this case 2. One will have a dirty version and the other, a clean version of Evergreen Harbor. I’ll start all future saves from these base saves and use them based on the story I want to play. The dirty save will also have a “dirty” Sulani and an infected Strangerville.
