Every suspect innocent?
I'm playing a Sergeant in the Detective Career and so far she has interrogated four suspects. All have been innocent! Is this normal?

What happens is if you have 3 clues, say, teen, dark hair and a hat, then you can arrest anyone with those characteristics. You need more clues to ensure you arrest the RIGHT person with those characteristics add there could be more. It's like Guess Who. They can fit the description but the better the clues, the more likely to be guilty.
