I've had human babies from Spellcaster/Human pairings. I also check through MCCC and I see other families with some Spellcaster and some Human children.
Maybe check your MCCC settings? That may be influencing things. Ether Population or Pregnancy and ... I want to say there's something for occult inheritance distribution, but I'm not sure.
