Even then they weren't really half occults, but they more or less carried a genetic trait that could then ensure that their grandchild could be born a witch or a werewolf. Kinda wish that was a thing in TS4. I do miss having true hybrids though, my zombie-plant sim-vampire-werewolf was the most hilarious thing my nine-year-old self had ever made.
