i have the same problem. even when my sims are inside with ther thermostat on, if they just came back from outside and its cold, they wont take off their cold weather outfit. even if its warm in the house. i have to use mccc to change their outfits quickly. it might be caused by the mccc mod but i doubt it. can someone help?
