No matter which sim I'm playing, lot or neighbourhood I'm in, everyone's sinks, toilets and showers spring a leak They've repaired, replaced and upgraded and it still keeps happening! So over it...

Nope, it was an empty plot that I plonked the house down on, but I think I'll be ruthless and buy a new house and see what it's like then.
It's my generation legacy, and there's only the step mum and the heir at the moment, well and dog lol.
So starting a simpler new house might do the trick.
Disaster struck and their house fell in a sink hole lol.
Insurance was just enough to cover the basics hehehe
